Day Eight of Toys and Games Month. This is how I roll. When my older son got a Game Boy I used to sneak it away from him just to play Tetris. I got pretty darn good at it, too. My personal best was a score of over 360,000 points. I learned a couple of hacks, but nothing like the experts, who score at the top of the limit of 999,999 points. It says here that "prolonged Tetris activity can also lead to more efficient brain activity during play. Moderate play of Tetris (half-an-hour a day for three months) boosts general cognitive functions such as 'critical thinking, reasoning, language and processing' and increases cerebral cortex thickness." More Tetris everybody!
